LONGRIDGE
After the harvest, which is carried out early in the morning, the grapes are pressed whole and the juice is left out to stabilize in steel tanks.
It is then transferred into French oak barrels to carry out both fermentations naturally, without any enzymes or selected yeasts.
Unfiltered, the wine remains in barrels for a period of 12 months.
Mineral nose, notes of lime and citrus fruit.
These aromas then mix on the palate with hints of pastry dough and canned peaches.
It closes persistently with great balance and finesse.
