Only the best grapes are used for this Bordeaux-cut wine.
After a meticulous sorting of the berries, the must is left to ferment in cement “eggs”, and then transferred into barriques where it refines for a period of 18 months.
The barrels are 20% new, the rest being built using wood coming from barrels of second and third generation.
A nice, fresh Bordeaux cut.
The nose has hints of graphite and tobacco leaf, black currant and mown lawn.
The palate is characterized by a strong minerality. The tannins are round and juicy, and as a result, the consumption is extremely pleasant and balanced.
