DAVID & NADIA SADIE

David and his wife, Nadia, are strongly attached to Swartland. They were born here and studied at the same university where they met. After various experiences at the national and international level, notably in southern France, they have decided to produce wine in their profoundly loved region. Their first vintage, producing only 713 bottles of Aristargos, is 2010; the 2014 vintage finally comes with the restoration of the 220-year old cellar in Paardebosch. Old vines grown in bushes, respecting the concept of terroir, and a natural wine-making process are the distinctive features of David's wines.
